Our Gingko design was reworked based on colors and stitches I discovered in an Arts & Crafts era textile. It is an easy kit and a great beginning project that will work up quickly and also introduce you to basic stitches found in many Arts & Crafts textiles. The Gingko Pillow Embroidery kit includes linen with marked design and appliqued gingko leaves (ready for you to cut and iron to linen), pearl cotton embroidery thread, instructions and a needle. The Gingko motif is worked in couching stitch, stem stitch, and satin stitch and French knots. Finished size: 16"x21"
