The Monarch Butterfly pillow measures 20" by 20" (seam to seam) and is worked on natural Belgium linen using DMC pearl cotton threads. There are two special DMC threads that have a slight tonal variegated color; providing several tones of green and brown. The design is worked in the satin stitch, stem stitch, long & short stitch, darning stitch, seed stitch, turkey stitch and French knots.
The pillow is completely hand stitched and is stuffed with a 90 percent feather, 10 percent down pillow insert that is made in the USA.
