We offer shipping via USPS and UPS.
We want you to be satisfied with the items you have purchased. However, if a particular item does not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept returns or grant an exchange as long as a return request is made within 14 days from shipping date by either email or telephone. Return items must be received in new, unused condition, and must be received undamaged. Return postage shall be the responsibility of the customer. Items with a value of $100.00 or more must be shipped with applicable insurance. We regret that original shipping charges are not refundable. Items that were custom created for you are not refundable. However, if a mistake is made on our part, we will correct it to the extent possible at no expense to you. Textiles and embroidery kits that were not purchased directly from Paint By Threads shall be returned to the original place of purchase for a refund (refund policies of that particular place of business shall able). Returns that meet these return policy guidelines, shall receive a credit on a VISA or MasterCard, or credit toward a future purchase. We regret that we are unable to issue cash refunds.
